One Heart for Science
Researchers' Night is traditionally held on the last Friday in September in Novi Sad, Belgrade and other cities across the country. All activities take place through a project called HEART (which means "heart" in English, and is also an abbreviation for the unity of people, ecology, animals and research). The motto of the project is: "One Heart for Science", and the goal is to show how exciting, fun and important science, art and culture are in everyday life. The HEART project is funded by the European Union through the Horizon Europe program, and implemented by a team of experts from five reputable institutions, including the Provincial Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments, Petrovaradin. As part of the project, several art and film workshops were held at the Provincial Institute with students from elementary schools in Novi Sad and Kovilj, the results of which were presented as part of the Researchers' Night. In addition, during the Researchers' Night, the Institute presented its activities in the Big Shopping Center with the display of archaeological material. The organization was signed by Bogdan Janjušević and Mihajlo Plankoš, the workshops were led by Miloš Gavrilović, Milica Mirić and Mihajlo Plankoš, and the archaeological team consisted of Milan Zeković and Viktor Paskulj.
