Visit to the memorial park

Acting Director of the Provincial Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments, Petrovaradin, Dr. Vladimir Kubet, together with expert supervision, visited the works on the investment maintenance of the memorial park to the Thessaloniki Volunteers and other founders of Nova Crvenka, which are in the final phase.

The works are financed by the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs . The focus of the works is the cleaning and impregnation of the memorial bust of the Thessaloniki Soldier, the work of sculptor Jovan Soldatović, as well as the maintenance of the bell tower. In addition to these, works are also being carried out on the ground floor.

The visit was attended by Minister Milica Đurđević Stamenkovski, Duško Ćutilo - Acting Assistant Minister, the President of the Municipality of Kula - Damjan Miljanić, as well as the citizens of Nova Crvenka.
