Agreement with the Diocese of Pakrac and Slavonia

The Provincial Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments Petrovaradin signed an Agreement on business and technical cooperation with the Diocese of Pakrac and Slavonia for the preservation of icons and objects and conservation and restoration works, with the aim of protecting cultural heritage.

Conservators of the Provincial Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments attended the promotion of the publication "Manuscript Books of the Monastery of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos in Cetinje" at the Episcopal Palace in Pakrac. On that occasion, His Eminence, Bishop Jovan, visited the conservation and restoration works on the iconostasis cross of the Crucifixion of Christ from the parish church of Orahovica, which were taking place in the depot in Pakrac.
