Visit to the Institute
The Provincial Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments in Petrovaradin was visited today by the President of the Provincial Government, Maja Gojković. On that occasion, the meeting discussed the Institute's activities in the protection and restoration of cultural monuments, as well as plans to improve working conditions and professional capacities of the institution. Director Kubet introduced President Gojković to the program for marking the 75th anniversary of the Institute's founding, which will be held next year. After the meeting, they toured the premises of the institution, i.e. the sector for the conservation of works of fine and applied art, the Architectural and Research sectors. The visit was attended by the Provincial Secretary for Culture, Public Information and Relations with Religious Communities, Aleksandra Ćirić Bošković, and the President of the Board of Directors, Radmila Selaković.
