The building is basically in the shape of the Cyrillic letter "Ш". It is divided into three floors (basement, ground floor and first floor) which end with a powerful roof cornice finished with an attic consisting of a balustrade with columns on which stand urns made of artificial stone. The horizontal division is emphasized by cordon and attic cornices, and the vertical division by risalits and pilasters on the first floor, which end with Ionic capitals.
The facade features a vertical gradation of finishes, from a massive stone plinth, imitation of rustic ashlar blocks, blocks of cut stone with deep joints at ground floor level, and smooth surfaces with shallow joints, broken up by pilasters, aedicules, balustrades, and floral decorations at floor level.
