Serbian Days in Hungary

A delegation from the Provincial Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments and Acting Director Dr. Vladimir Kubet attended today the ceremonial opening of the Serbian Days - Month of Serbian Culture event, held at the Ethnographic Museum in Budapest in the presence of high-ranking officials from Hungary, the Republic of Serbia and the Republika Srpska.

This significant event, which will be held in 2025 from September 4 to 24 at several locations in Hungary, is an event dedicated to presenting and nurturing Serbian tradition, culture, art and spirituality, and strengthening ties and intercultural dialogue between the Serbian and Hungarian communities.

The program will be very rich and diverse and will include exhibitions, concerts, theater performances, film screenings and various cultural and artistic events, and on September 5, the opening of the exhibition entitled "The Palace in the Mirror of the Past" will be held, the authors of which are the Institute's conservators.
