{"id":5880,"date":"2026-04-06T10:54:50","date_gmt":"2026-04-06T10:54:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pzzzsk.rs\/press-release\/"},"modified":"2026-04-06T10:55:28","modified_gmt":"2026-04-06T10:55:28","slug":"press-release","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pzzzsk.rs\/en\/press-release\/","title":{"rendered":"Press release"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Regarding the recent incident regarding the interpretation and presentation of the historical and cultural significance of the Pe\u0107 Patriarchate, the Provincial Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments, Petrovaradin expresses serious concern and unequivocally condemns the actions of the Museum of Pe\u0107, an institution that has made public inaccurate and professionally unfounded allegations about the origin and significance of this cultural monument of exceptional importance for the Republic of Serbia.<br \/>\n<\/br><br \/>\n<\/br><br \/>\nAs an institution whose primary mission is the preservation, protection and professional interpretation of cultural heritage, we believe that it is unacceptable to relativize or arbitrarily interpret historical facts, especially in a territory that has been marked by conflicts and different political aspirations for decades.
