\nWe inform you that the Separate Conservation Report for the registered property under the previous
\nprotection – the cultural and historical entity “Vojvo\u0111anska Street in Sombor”. The draft of the Separate includes
\nprotected area of \u200b\u200ba registered asset under previous protection – cultural and historical
\nof the “Vojvo\u0111anska Street in Sombor” unit.

\nOn March 3, 2025, the Provincial Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments Petrovaradin, based on<\/x> Article 34 of the Law on Cultural Heritage (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 129\/2021), has recorded<\/x> real estate within the Spatial Cultural and Historical Unit “Vojvo\u0111anska Street in Sombor”,<\/x> which enjoy prior protection – Registration sheet number E-7\/P-2025. Dated 07.03.2025.
\n Public advertising was also carried out in public media on the territory of the City of Sombor.
\n since when has this registered spatial cultural and historical entity enjoyed previous protection
\n Law on Cultural Heritage (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 129\/2021).
\n<\/br>
\n<\/br>
\nArticle 2, paragraph 1, item 68) of the Law on Planning and Construction (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, number 72\/2009,<\/x> 81\/2009 \u2014 corrected, 64\/2010 – decision of the Constitutional Court, 24\/2011, 121\/2012, 42\/2013 – decision of the Constitutional Court, 50\/2013 \u2014 distinguished<\/x> Constitutional Court, 98\/2013 – Constitutional Court decision, 132\/2014, 145\/2014, 83\/2018, 31\/2019, 37\/2019 \u2014 other law, 9\/2020,
\n 52\/2021 and 62\/2023) stipulates that the separate document on technical construction conditions (hereinafter:
\n separate) a document issued by a holder of public authority within the scope of his\/her competence when planning
\n the document does not contain conditions, i.e. data for the preparation of technical documentation, which contains
\n appropriate conditions and data for the preparation of technical documentation. Article 31, paragraph 3 of the same Law
\n It is stipulated that the decision to adopt a separation is made by the competent holder of public authority, according to
\n needs, on its own initiative, or on the initiative of the authority responsible for issuing
\n building permits.

\nArticle 4, paragraph 2 of the Rules on the content, manner, procedure and deadlines for the preparation and publication
\n separate document (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 33\/2015) stipulates that the separate document shall specifically establish
\n restrictions on the construction of facilities, according to the classes of facilities and parts of the area for which they are adopted,
\n including prohibitions and restrictions on construction in zones of special interest for the protection of natural and
\n cultural goods.

\nAs a valid planning documentation relating to the area of \u200b\u200bthe registered property under
\nprevious protection does not include the conditions for the protection of registered real estate, it has appeared
\nThe need to develop a Separate Conservation Report for the registered property “Vojvo\u0111anska Street in Sombor”.
\nTaking into account the above and cited provisions of the law, the Provincial Office has prepared the Separate Conservation Report, and it will be available for seven days on the official website of the Institute in order to
\nInterested parties provided their proposals for changes and suggestions.
